The customer (person reserving this space) agrees that all payments made for retreats to Amethyst Moon Healing Arts, LLC are non-refundable and only transferable with written notice.

Meals: Daily breakfast will be provided. We strive to use the freshest, local fruits, vegetables, coffee and eggs for breakfast. If you have special dietary needs or allergies, please fill out the form at checkout. There will be a community refrigerator and appliances for your use. Please label all food and clean up after your food preparation promptly. You should also remember that while we are able to serve some gluten-free options, we are not a gluten-free kitchen. However, we understand the importance of cross contamination of gluten and will be mindful during food preparation. Please let us know if you have special dietary needs or allergies.

Your 3-4 hour morning education sessions will coincide with breakfast to ensure plenty of time for adventures!

Due to timing, breakfast will not be served the morning of checkout. Please plan accordingly!

Yoga: Your package includes a daily 30 minute sunrise yoga session on the open air deck, weather permitting.

Adventure/Tour Options: A list of optional adventures and tours will be emailed to you upon completing your reservation. As the retreat date gets closer, an email will be sent prompting you to prebook and prepay for your tours! Most tours happen rain or shine! Get ready for fun!

Check In + Check Out Times: Our check-in time is at 2:00pm, and our check-out time is at 10:00am. For guests leaving for Limon International Airport later than 10:00 AM, or arriving earlier than 2:00 PM, please contact us for special arrangements.

The Impossibility of Performance: Amethyst Moon Healing Arts, LLC will not be liable in the event of natural disasters, pandemics, fire, blockades, government order, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Privacy Policy and Legal Statement: Protecting your private information is our priority. The information you provide will be for the exclusive use of Amethyst Moon Healing Arts, LLC under penalty of applicable law. We will never give out your e-mail address for any reason.

Payment: When submitting your payment, please let us know if there are any issues. Do not submit your payment twice to avoid being charged twice. If this occurs, the fees incurred from our bank plus 5% will be passed to you for charge backs.

Invoices: We will provide individual invoices for each nurse’s CEs to be submitted to employers for reimbursement upon competition of the retreat. These invoices will show full amount paid and include course name and CE hours earned.

Transportation: All packages include transportation from Limon International Airport. Additionally, most optional adventure tours also include transportation. We also have a list of Tuk-Tuk, taxi and local rental car companies we have worked with in the past. If you need help with arranging travel to Costa Rica, please contact us. We offer air travel assistance for a small fee.

Cancellations: Any and all payments made to Amethyst Moon Healing Arts, LLC are final and non-refundable. Payments made to Amethyst Moon Healing Arts, LLC for all retreats and adventure options (excluding those with specific terms outlined elsewhere on our website) are non-refundable.

By typing your name on the form at checkout, you understand that you are committing to enhancing your personal peace and professional practice by holding a spot. Therefore, reservations for this retreat are nonrefundable. If you are unable to attend, you understand that you can transfer to a friend with written notice to Amethyst Moon Healing Arts, LLC.
